- Collect name tags & receive updated schedule for the day
1:30 pm - 2:00 pm: Opening Ceremony & Family Photo
- Welcome and announcements
- Gather for a large group photo
2:00 pm - 5:00 pm: Lunch, Mingling & activities for Kids
- Enjoy a delicious lunch, beverages and a cash bar
- Catch up with family members, share stories, and meet new additions to the family
- Kids games and activities - Please supervise your own children
5:00 pm - 5:15 pm: Closing Remarks & Farewell
- Thank you, final announcements
- Exchange contact information and take final photos
- Cleanup and departure
